The Role

We're seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fintech and real estate, with a strong desire to connect with first-time homebuyers and those working toward homeownership. You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Do

● Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content across multiple channels

including social media, email, blog posts, and website copy that resonates with potential

homebuyers

● Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive user

acquisition and engagement

● Community Building: Foster relationships with our user community through social

media engagement and virtual events

● Performance Analysis: Track key metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing

efforts

● User Research: Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their

homebuying journey

● Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify

opportunities for differentiation

● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and development

teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product roadmap

What You'll Bring

● Required: 2+ years of marketing experience in fintech, real estate, or related industries

● Required: Must be able to leverage AI tools for marketing content, research and other

activities related to the role

● Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate

complex financial concepts into accessible messaging

● Required: Experience with digital marketing channels (social media, email, content

marketing)

● Required: Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust

strategies

● Required: Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment with ability to

adapt quickly and drive results

● Required: Experience with , Google Analytics, Search Console, Business

profiles, marketing automation tools, Buffer, Canva, Squarespace or Framer, Meta

Business, Youtube, other tools as needed

● Preferred: Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics

platforms

● Preferred: Understanding of the homebuying process and financial literacy concepts

● Preferred: Experience marketing to millennial and Gen Z audiences

● Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
