WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Records and maintains accuracy of all financial transactions of the company
  • Prepare Financial Statements and all relevant financial schedules and analyses like -Journal Entries, Cash Disbursement, General ledger, Cash Receipt, Income statements, Profit and loss, Balance sheet
  • Process disbursement vouchers of the company
  • In charge of billing & collection which includes payment verification
  • Conducts bank reconciliation
  • Prepare, seek approval, and ensure timely remittance of all statutory requirements of the company
  • Prepare and encode the necessary BIR recordings for tax compliance
  • Assists with audit preparations
  • Filing and sorting of accounting documents
  • Correspond with other departments on all finance-related concerns
  • Assist the Business Unit Head with other projects and workflow process improvements

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • At least one (2) year of work experience especially in General accounting
  • Preferably has work experience from Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, or any fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel with basic MS Powerpoint knowledge
  • Intermediate proficiency level in both English & Tagalog oral and written communication
  • Eagerness to learn more about finance and accounting
  • Strong accountability when it comes to your work
