L2/L3 IT Service Desk

  • Location: Taguig, BGC (Onsite – Philplans Corporate Center)
  • Night Shift | Full-time | IT By Design

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, configure, deploy, and administer Microsoft workstations in a domain environment.
  • Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Monitor and maintain systems using tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or SCCM.
  • Support networking, protocols, and security best practices.
  • Handle backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Apply cybersecurity best practices.
  • Write scripts (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and process improvements.
  • Document processes, fixes, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in IT Service Desk / Help Desk / Tech Support preferrably in MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and printer troubleshooting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment (night shift required).
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig (BGC).
  • Open to relocation/transfer if required by business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
