We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This position requires someone with strong LinkedIn experience and a solid understanding of social media management, Google Sheets, calendar scheduling, client meetings, recording management, and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Organize and update Google Sheets and shared documents
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls
- Record, organize, and summarize meeting notes or video sessions
- Utilize AI tools for task automation, content creation, or research
- Communicate promptly and maintain professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)
- Ability to learn and use AI tools efficiently
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Must not be working for any other job or client — this role requires full attention and focus
