Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace culture by fostering open communication.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Organize training sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing staff.
  • Oversee performance review processes and assist managers in addressing performance-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Act as a liaison between administrative staff and management.
  • In charge in all companies permits and other documents
  • Act as personal assistant of the boss

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
