Role Overview

The
Partner Relationship Officer (PRO)

supports the Lead Real Estate Broker in nurturing strong relationships with real estate developers. This role focuses on the execution of developer accreditation processes, the accurate management of promotional content and listings, and ensuring timely communication. The PRO also assists in gathering market insights and preparing reports to support strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Developer Partnerships & Accreditation

  • Assist in the accreditation processes with developers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance standards are met.
  • Support the maintenance of strong relationships with developers, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with developers to gather information on exclusive offers, promos, and project updates.
  • Support the company's representation at partner events, meetings, and conferences as directed.

Promotions, Discounts, & Content Management

  • Collect and organize promotional campaigns, project discounts, and incentive updates from developers.
  • Ensure accurate, updated, and high-quality listings by working closely with the Content & Listing Specialist.
  • Verify the accuracy of property information, images, and promotional materials before release.

Reporting & Support

  • Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding processes for new developer partners.
  • Support the tracking of effectiveness for promotions, project listings, and developer engagement.
  • Gather and organize feedback from developers and sales teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on accreditation status, developer relationships, and promotional campaign results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in partner management, client relations, or administrative support (real estate industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
