Product Specialist

Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities)
- Serve as a key link between internal departments to support public and hybrid cloud projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and digital transformation goals.
- Act as the main contact person for project operations — responsible for planning, customer engagement, and relationship management.
- Provide pre-sales consulting services and design professional cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate and streamline internal cloud resources to support project development and pre-sales POC testing.
- Understand and analyze customer business requirements and pain points, offering strategic guidance and influencing decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze market and industry data, identify typical scenarios, and contribute to the development of industry-specific solutions and strategies.
- Serve as a core project member, taking the lead in or participating in project negotiations, contract improvements, and project operations, including issue and dispute resolution.
- Manage monthly revenue targets, ensuring business objectives are met or exceeded.
Qualifications: (Work Experience, Skills, and Attributes)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Background in Science or Engineering preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and customer service orientation
- Excellent teamwork and project management skills
- Analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
