About the role

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join its thriving Pasig City call centre. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, helping to resolve complex queries and ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your existing customer service skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers, providing timely and accurate information to address their queries and concerns
  2. Assisting customers with account-related inquiries, order tracking, and service requests
  3. Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining comprehensive records
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or customer-facing role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
  4. Proficient in the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  5. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth and success of the organisation
