About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, leveraging your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. High school graduate with at least 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer service environment
  2. College Graduate (No work experience required).
  3. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting
