Your Role in the Adventure:

Be part of our client's team as a
Digital Graphic Designer
, where you'll create compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. You will design post-voyage logs, internal assets, social and web content, and engaging videos, bringing expedition stories to life while ensuring every asset reflects the brand's adventurous spirit.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency, design studio, or in-house creative team
• Strong design portfolio
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom; Premiere Pro and After Effects are advantages
• Experience in digital advertising and online asset creation
• Solid print (pre-press) skills for brochures and marketing collateral
• Strong copywriting skills
• Proven ability to manage projects from brief to concept development and final output
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and motion design
• Experience editing short-form video content optimized for digital and social platforms
• Experience taking creative projects from concept through delivery across multiple formats
• Experience in photography, color grading, or using tools such as
  Figma, Canva, or Lightroom (advantageous)
• Experience managing a
  Digital Asset Management system

Your Creative Mission:

Design and Compile Voyage Logs (40%)

• Lead creative design and production of post-voyage logs
• Transform expedition photography, maps, and guest highlights into digital and print keepsakes
• Collaborate with expedition team, photographers, and content leads
• Capture the spirit, landscapes, and stories of each journey
• Ensure each edition reflects the brand, tone, and sense of adventure

Design and Compile Internal Assets (20%)

• Develop and maintain visually cohesive internal materials, including presentations, reports, team updates, event signage, and templates
• Ensure all materials align with brand standards
• Champion consistency across the company to embed brand pride and visual excellence

Design and Produce Creative Assets for Digital Channels (20%)

• Create high-impact content for website, EDMs, display ads, paid social, and organic social media
• Optimize assets for each channel and device
• Ensure visuals engage audiences and reflect the brand's storytelling, responsible travel ethos, and expedition experiences

Edit and Produce Engaging Video Content (20%)

• Edit and produce short- and long-form video content
• Showcase expedition storytelling, destination highlights, brand campaigns, and social reels
• Use motion graphics, typography, and pacing to enhance emotion and engagement
• Ensure brand alignment across all video content
