About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at LRI Chroma Asia' in General Trias City Cavite. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the preparation and processing of accounts payable and receivable
  2. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records
  3. Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  5. Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  6. Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes
  7. Maintain meticulous record-keeping and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the financial services or manufacturing industry
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
