As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to various departments.

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant with retail and sales experience at DND MNL, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office while also contributing to our sales and customer service efforts. In addition to typical administrative duties, you will leverage your retail background to assist with customer inquiries, process orders, and manage shipping logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Working Days: 6-days work week (rotating off day)
  • Working Hours: 11 am to 8 pm

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Preferably residing within Valenzuela City
  • Single between 18 to 32 y/o
  • With pleasing personality and good communication skills
  • At least High school graduate
  • Sales experience in retail industry is a must
  • Experience in retail (shoes / bags / accessories etc) is a plus
  • Must have computer knowledge and familiar with MS Office applications
  • Able to multi-task and perform duties under pressure
  • Well acquainted in Facebook, Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok
  • Fast learner, team player and with initiative to get the tasks done
  • Attend to walk - in customers and online customers when needed
  • Flexible and can work well with others
