We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, assisting with product inquiries, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed information on product features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, helping them find products that meet their needs.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are stocked and organized.
  • Handle customer feedback, questions, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Will be assigned to the 8telcom Store (SM Megamall, Mandaluyong).
  • At least a High School Graduate.
  • Must be willing to work in a mall environment.
  • Must have complete government records (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Basic Cashiering, Sales, or Marketing.
