We Are Hiring: Junior Training Assistant

Location: Makati City | Employment Type: Full Time

We are looking for a Junior Training Assistant who will play a key role in onboarding and equipping new clients with the knowledge they need to succeed. This role is primarily responsible for delivering comprehensive product orientations and ensuring a seamless learning experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and informative product orientation sessions for new clients.
  • Ensure all training materials and sessions align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and respond to product-related inquiries with clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • A college graduate, preferably with a degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • With 1 to 2 years of experience in training delivery or facilitation, ideally within a sales or life insurance environment.
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and communicate clearly.
  • Able to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels—both internally and externally.
