About This Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst.

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for general accounting and reporting through timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be allocated with various finance processes including operations, accounting operations, reconciliation, management reporting, quality analysis, training, and automation. They will perform tasks such as preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, performing system reconciliations, and providing management reports.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring junior team members' work, ensuring error-free submissions, and being accountable for processes subject to review.

They will also serve as a trainer for junior team members, creating training plans, and guiding them through theoretical training and reverse shadowing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of working experience with progressive responsibility within the Accounting and management reporting field
  • CPA with university degree in accounting, finance, or financial management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus)
