Job Summary:

The Swimming Instructor Staff will guide clients in learning and improving swimming skills, ensuring safety, proper techniques, and a positive learning experience. This role includes conducting individual and group lessons, monitoring student progress, maintaining the pool area, and promoting water safety. The instructor will also support client engagement and help create a professional and motivating environment for all swimmers.

The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, knowledgeable in swimming techniques, and capable of teaching clients of various ages and skill levels. This position is essential for client safety, skill development, and fostering a positive swimming culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, demonstrating proper techniques and water safety.
  • Develop personalized swimming programs based on skill level, goals, and age.
  • Monitor students during lessons to ensure safety and provide guidance or corrections as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pool area, including equipment and supplies.
  • Provide guidance on swimming techniques, breathing, and stroke improvement.
  • Engage clients professionally, answering questions and providing motivation and support.
  • Track student progress, attendance, and feedback.
  • Assist in organizing swimming events, competitions, or promotional activities.
  • Promote a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all clients.
  • Perform other swimming-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in swimming instruction, lifeguard training, or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a swimming instructor, coach, or lifeguard is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teaching clients of all ages.
  • Patient, energetic, and able to motivate students.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain safety standards.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean and safe pool environment.
  • Team player with a client-focused approach.
  • Willingness to continue learning and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
