About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION) is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join their team in Cebu Central Visayas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively
  3. Providing accurate information and solutions to customers
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
