Responsibilities:

  • Contract negotiation, signing, renewal/termination, deposit recovery, payment application, contract exception handling
  • Binding and management of business license applications, contracts and copies of business licenses
  • Landlord Official Receipt Collection, Withholding Certificate Receipt, Tax Payment Management, Rent Ledger Payment Plan

Qualifications:

  • With extensive knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and creating Power Point Presentation
  • Preferably with background in Accounting
  • Good in calculation and with negotiation skills
  • With background in Legal and Contract Management is an advantage but not required.
  • With experience in processing SOA
