Shift / Region: EMEA/US

Requirements:

  • 3+ years contract management experience
  • Degree in business, economics, communications, etc.
  • Project management, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Experience with CLM tools (Sirion, Oracle, Adobe Sign CLM)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with legal documents (MSA, NDA) and compliance (GDPR, SOX)
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and time management
  • US working hours (8:00 PM 5:00 AM Manila Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Creating, reviewing, and editing contracts, including vendor, customer, and employment agreements.
  • Negotiation: Participating in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for the organization.
  • Compliance: Ensuring contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination, including tracking renewals and expirations.
