Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 3 years local work experience in industrial projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of Architectural software (AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Rendering tools such as Enscape and Vray)
  • Prepares Architectural and Engineering Working Drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knows how to conceptualize and generate design solutions
  • Has creative and innovative ideas
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic & hardworking
  • Able to visualize the project with advance rendering abilities
  • Specifies material finishes, furnishings, and fixtures
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Design Development Plans
  • Preparation of FCD/IFC Plans
  • Preparation of 3D Drawings and Color Rendered Drawings
  • Preparation of As-Built Plans and Shop drawings
  • Acts as Document control for the Hard and Soft copies of the on-going and past projects including organizing of drawing files
  • Processing PEZA Permit and Accreditation
  • Conducts Site visit if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php45,000.00 per month
