Job Summary:

The Food Delivery Rider & Server is a dual-role team member responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving food and beverages in-store, and for ensuring safe, timely delivery of orders to customers or branches. The role supports both front-of-house operations and external logistics, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

As Server (In-Store):

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take and serve accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and concerns.
  • Assist in cashiering and order packaging when needed.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

As Delivery Rider (External):

  • Deliver food orders safely and on time to customers or store branches.
  • Verify delivery items before departure to ensure accuracy.
  • Collect payments or delivery confirmations when necessary.
  • Follow assigned routes and adhere to traffic regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the assigned delivery motorcycle or equipment.
  • Report delivery issues, delays, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • With a valid professional or non-professional driver's license
  • Knowledge of local roads and traffic rules
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and physically fit
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
  • Previous experience in food service or delivery is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,034.72 per month
