Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking under supervision
- Support chef de parties and other senior chefs during service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas
- Follow kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Help with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Rotate stock and assist with inventory checks
- Participate in plating and presentation of dishes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic culinary training or relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and teamwork skills
