Responsibilities Lead the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs Training Department’s site‑wide initiatives. Design and drive campaign‑specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates. Create and maintain training materials that maximize campaign task mastery and personal development. Develop and execute detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation for Team Leader and Teammate development. Provide technically sound, engaging training aligned with campaign and business objectives. Maintain all relevant training documents for trainees at all levels, from new teammates to seasoned team leaders. Proactively explore departmental and campaign needs to develop tailored training materials. Propose and publish a year‑long training calendar with quarterly objectives. Plan training policies, programs, testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure product and service quality. Collaborate with Operations Directors, Operations Managers, and their U.S. counterparts to communicate effectively. Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field. At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. High independence and motivation to oversee projects to completion. Ability to adapt training materials for diverse audiences. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
