  • Recruitment & onboarding (especially site workers, engineers, subcontractors)
  • Attendance, leave, and overtime management
  • Payroll coordination (timesheets, wage calculations)
  • Employee records and documentation
  • Handling grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Knowledge of labor laws, safety, and compliance (very important in construction)
  • 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience (construction or engineering industry preferred) Exposure to: Site-based workforce management, Blue-collar / skilled labor handling
  • Project-based employment contracts
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – strong Excel skills are a plus.
