We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Bid Coordinator
to join our Building Services Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Supports others in aspects or corporate image, identity, and brand.
  • Demonstrate competence in creating content for bids and internal communications.
  • Makes recommendations for best practice communications in tendering to clients.
  • Networks with key internal colleagues.
  • Supports Bid activities such as planning, development of proposal documents for winning purposes, presentations, and corporate collateral. Works as part of the team to assist with daily proposal needs as well as administrative tasks relating to pursuit works.
  • Responsible for formatting documents as required.
  • Assist with data and maintenance for the Sales Support Database including researching, updating, and compiling corporate information such as project profiles, CVs and other standard materials for proposals and improvements for the database
  • Work on closing out projects with the database for archive and future reference.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as need.

What We'll Love About You:

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.

  • Typically, minimum 5 years' experience
  • Is aware of WSP's organisational capability.
  • Knows and follows WSP Integrated.

  • Business development

  • Branding

  • Client Experience

  • Is aware of WSP's business development strategies

  • Is aware of WPS's project and clients and how to access client and project history.
  • Is aware of WSP's business development strategies BIM TEAM LEADER PD
  • Understands proposal process.
  • Is aware of WPS's pathways
  • Experience in bidding, marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • Experience in a similar role in a professional services environment.
  • Has strong communication, writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Word Teams and PowerPoint.
