Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Bids and BD team to prepare proposal matrix plans that align with client objectives.
  • Obtain support from other departments as required to prepare the proposal.
  • Coordinate proposal scheduling and planning.
  • Review and evaluate proposal documents, including technical, financial, and risk assessments.
  • Support multiple business sectors in planning, developing, and submitting high-quality bid submissions.
  • Populate non-technical sections and standard company inputs to tenders.
  • Proofread and tailor pre-written content.
  • Work with technical teams to develop bespoke bid content.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of technical inputs.
  • Coordinate with the publishing team to design, publish, and submit professional bids.
  • Contribute to the continuous process improvement of the Strategic Manila Team.
  • Counsel emerging bid professionals in best practice bid coordination.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 4-8 years' experience in bidding, marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • Experience in coordinating and preparing proposals and expressions of interest.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Experience in MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience in professional services is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficient organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Approachable, adaptable, and presents a professional image.
  • Balances quality with delivery to timelines.
  • Navigates ambiguity and change.
  • Collaborates, shares knowledge, and is persistent.
