Sales Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize bid documents in compliance with client requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all necessary forms, certificates, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to gather required data, pricing, and product information for each bid or proposal.
- Maintain a tracking system for all bidding activities, including deadlines, document versions, bid statuses, and post-submission follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Open to high school graduate.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, bidding documentation, or administrative support—preferably in the power distribution, construction, or electrical industry.
- Familiarity with government and private bidding processes (e.g., PhilGEPS) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with document templates and forms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential documents.
Setup: Fully on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
