About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior ITIL Monitoring Analyst to join our dynamic team at Indra Philippines, Inc. As a Junior ITIL Monitoring Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our operations, based in our Ortigas Pasig City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and managing IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Identifying, investigating and resolving technical issues and service incidents in a timely manner
  • Implementing and maintaining ITIL-based processes and procedures for effective incident, problem and change management
  • Generating reports and dashboards to provide visibility on system health and performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve service delivery
  • Providing first-line technical support and escalating complex issues as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
