Job Summary:

We are seeking a Records Information Management Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and implementing Records Information Management process across APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and maintaining a RIM program in compliance with the Worldwide Records and Information Management Policy and Standards;

  • Providing communications and guidance to educate Associates on the RIM program requirements;

  • Developing RIM lifecycle processes and procedures;

  • Ensuring appropriate training and awareness on RIM program requirements is available and provided to Associates;

  • Completing Operating Company RIM program Self-Assessments and documenting remediation plans for non-compliances utilizing the RIM Risk Acknowledgement Process, as required;

  • Partnering with Departments/Business Units to implement and maintain compliance with the organization's records retention schedule and vital records inventory.

  • Facilitating Department/Business Unit RIM compliance assessments with Departments/Business Units;

  • Implementing and managing RIM services such as inactive storage services and/or acquiring such services provided by external vendors, as appropriate;

  • Providing guidance on RIM requirements and proposed modifications to RIM contract language for Supplier agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; background in Administration, Business, or a related discipline preferred

  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with regional stakeholders (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong)

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and reliability

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Records Management, Compliance, Accounting, or Document Control is a plus

  • Familiarity with records retention policies, document lifecycle processes, or regulatory compliance standards is advantageous

  • Experience working in a multinational or matrixed environment

Other Details:

  • Shift – Must be available in morning shift

  • Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work

  • Location is in Paranaque

  • The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection

  • Employment Arrangement: Project Based (6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
