Job Overview

Responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, managing company and project documents, assisting with compliance requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with experience in compliance or documentation roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage project documentation for new energy projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in coordinating with clients, partners, and government visitors; prepare meeting materials.
  • Support HR with job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding requirements.
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation, audit requirements, and timely submissions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in compliance, documentation, or administrative work preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
