Process Management Supervisor

Job Description:
1)Use tools such as Visio, ARIS, or BPMN to model current ("as-is") and optimized ("to-be") processes with clear roles, inputs, outputs, and control points.
2)Work with system teams (e.g., ERP, BPM, CRM) to embed processes into systems and automate routine steps.
3)Conduct interviews, workshops, and document reviews to understand current processes; identify inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Skilled in business process modeling (e.g.,
BPMN
) and process optimization tools (
Visio
,
ARIS
,
LMS
). - Familiar with
ISO
,
ITIL
, or
Six Sigma
frameworks is a plus. - Experience in large organizations, with a background in
process management
,
quality assurance
, or
product management
. - Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Hands-on experience with
Lark (Feishu)
, especially in backend configuration or system implementation, is highly preferred. - Programming or scripting skills
are a strong advantage.
