Job Description:

  • Gathering, monitoring and encoding of data from the assigned department
  • Maintain files record of Supply Chain (Warehouse)
  • Excellent communication skills in oral and writing
  • Reviewing data to make sure it's accurate before entering it in the ERP System
  • Entering data from GRN, In transit materials and FGs, Materials Request Issuance
  • Entering Transfer Stock, Production Output, Costumer Return, Production return
  • Ensure Balance of Inventory System vs Actual and records
  • Ensure no backlogs transaction within 24hours
  • Ensure real time posting
  • Perform other related task that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be a Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • With background in ERP or/and WMS system
  • With minimum work experience of at least 1 year
  • Willing to render duty on shifting schedule and during holidays
