About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Polystar General Services' in Cebu City, Cebu. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall operational efficiency and productivity of our organisation. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your expertise in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry to contribute to the continued success of our company. What You'll Be Doing Oversee and coordinate all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance productivity and meet company goals Manage and optimise resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximise operational performance Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and optimise processes Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies Mentor and develop the operational team to build a high-performing, engaged workforce Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on operational performance and key initiatives What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry Strong understanding of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and supply chain management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions Proven track record of leading and motivating a diverse team to achieve operational excellence Proficient in data analysis, performance reporting, and using technology to optimise operations Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred What We Offer At Polystar General Services', we are committed to creating a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our employees.
