As the General Manager of our company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our cold chain logistics operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and maintain the highest standards of product integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cold chain management, a proven track record in leadership roles, and a passion for ensuring the integrity of temperature-sensitive products throughout the supply chain. This leadership position will require strong managerial skills, industry expertise, and a customer-centric approach. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans for cold chain logistics aligned with business goals. Provide visionary leadership to foster excellence, safety, and innovation. Oversee daily operations in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive growth opportunities. Maintain compliance with permits, certifications, and quality management standards. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality. Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams. Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to improve tracking, monitoring, and reporting. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). At least 10 years of managerial experience and 5+ years of proven success in cold chain logistics, ideally in FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing. Strong track record in leading mid-sized or rapidly scaling companies through growth, organizational restructuring, or turnaround. Proven ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments. Skilled in building a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation while effectively managing cross‑functional teams. Capable of setting a clear vision and translating it into actionable operational plans. Comfortable engaging with frontline teams and addressing execution gaps directly. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities to connect with all levels of the organization. Adaptive leadership style that fosters collaboration and a motivated work environment.
