Job Title - Customer Service Team Leader
Job Description :
The Customer Service Team Leader oversees a team of customer service representatives, making sure they deliver excellent service while keeping operations running smoothly. This leader is there to guide, support, and coach team members, helping them grow and succeed. In this role, they also handle escalated or complex customer issues, keep an eye on performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement and initiate strategies that improve customer satisfaction and processes, enhance team productivity, and ensure seamless coordination between operations and the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and guide a team of customer service representatives
2. Provide coaching, support, and mentorship to develop team skills and performance.
3. Handle escalated and complex customer inquiries or complaints.
4. Monitor team performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
5. Implement and initiate strategies to improve customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency.
6. Coordinate effectively with operations and warehouse teams to streamline processes.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
