About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help enhance and unify the employee journey through innovative digital workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization, with a passion for building seamless, integrated solutions that improve engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules in line with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to optimize platform functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to deliver a unified employee experience.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and work closely with business analysts, architects, and project managers.
  • Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Strong understanding of HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center modules.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred; other certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in C#, .Net, SQL, and CloudRun is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Employee Journey Management or similar engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and service portals.
  • Understanding of UX principles for enterprise applications.
