We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the face and voice of our clinic — someone who is warm, organized, and dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every client.


Position Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the clinic. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of professionalism to manage client interactions, administrative duties, and front-office coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using clinic software.
  • Organize and maintain client charts and records accurately.
  • Process payments and issue receipts for services and products.
  • Update and reconcile daily sales reports and transaction summaries.
  • Assist in handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with discretion and care.
  • Support lead generation activities, including follow-ups and client engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and waiting area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; diploma/degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical, dental, or aesthetic clinic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with clinic management or POS systems preferred.
  • Professional appearance and a client-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
