About the role

We are hiring a Senior Engineer for a Danish company. You will take full ownership of our managed services customer portal. The platform is built on and TypeScript, and it is already proven in production. We need someone who can keep it reliable, secure, and continuously improving. This is not a role for someone who only follows instructions. You will be the one driving the platform forward.


Key responsibilities


• Maintain and improve our and Express API

• Develop new features and ensure code quality through testing and documentation

• Drive modernization and refactoring of the tech stack where needed

• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business needs

• Monitor security, reliability, and performance in production


Skills and experience


• 4 years or more building backend services with

• 2 years or more working with Vue, including Vue 2

• 3 years or more working with relational databases, ideally MySQL and Prisma ORM

• Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and secure coding practices


Nice to have


• Experience with SaaS billing or third party integrations

• Experience optimizing high volume REST APIs and implementing caching

• Background in customer support or managed service environments
