Your Role:
Field Sales Specialist (NCR)

As frontrunner and the face of the company, your role is to develop the commercial business in the segments assigned to you to achieve the company's excellent (uber) targets while focusing on the key drivers of growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Has work experience in handling Direct Key Accounts and experience in B2B/ Institutional Sales.
  • Has excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Able to present to a large audience and talk to high level customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in development and successful implementation of plans to generate new sales/business in targeted market segments and prospects-directs accounts.
  • Detail oriented, organized and self-assured.
  • Driving Skills - optional

Job Description:

  • Grow the commercial business in area assigned. 
    (Open areas are NCR)
  • Develop and maintain key accounts.
  • Maintain a positive business relationship with customers and ensure timely after sales service and quick resolution of customer concerns.
  • Analyze the territory / market potential and recommend strategies for growth
  • Generate new accounts to achieve the company's targets
  • Build strong relationships/partnerships with customers
  • Support the Sales Director on all administrative function of the sales department such as but not limited to Sales Programs, Department Processes and Policies and Reports and Analysis.
