Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and organized Commissary Sous Chef to support daily food production across our centralized kitchen operations. You'll assist in leading the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and safe food preparation for multiple restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily commissary food production and ensure timely, high-quality output
  • Maintain consistency in recipes and portioning across all locations
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and coordinate with purchasing for stock needs
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain performance and food quality
  • Support menu development and implementation of new items
  • Assist in tracking food costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong culinary background with hands-on production experience
  • Experience in high-volume or central kitchen settings
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years in a similar sous chef or senior cook role
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and production tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
