Department: Culinary Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and organized Commissary Sous Chef to support daily food production across our centralized kitchen operations. You'll assist in leading the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and safe food preparation for multiple restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily commissary food production and ensure timely, high-quality output
- Maintain consistency in recipes and portioning across all locations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and coordinate with purchasing for stock needs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain performance and food quality
- Support menu development and implementation of new items
- Assist in tracking food costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Strong culinary background with hands-on production experience
- Experience in high-volume or central kitchen settings
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years in a similar sous chef or senior cook role
- Familiarity with inventory systems and production tracking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
