NEMY AS, a Norwegian company (with representative offices in Philippines - Davao and Alabang), is in search of JUNIOR BIM RESOURCE.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent wide experience
  • Experience of at least 2-5 years of experience in BIM Modeller Role
  • Hands-on working experience with understanding on Building Information Modelling (BIM) concepts, workflows & lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Level of Development (LOD) standards (e.g., LOD 100–500)
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit & BIM 360/ACC. Dynamo is optional but is a plus
  • Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Coordinate with site teams to capture physical asset data for use in as-built models and facility management integration.
  • Assist in scan-to-BIM workflows, including processing point cloud data and aligning it within the project coordinate system.
  • Ability to do Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
  • With Strong problem solving skills; Recognizes and acts on opportunities; adjust direction when situation warrants
