Job Title: Recruiter / Resourcer

Reports To: Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resourcer to support our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and progress applicants from Idibu to Salesforce (SF).
  • Conduct phone screens for suitable candidates.
  • Create shells of Expression of Interest (EOI) candidates.
  • Headhunt candidates via Seek, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Schedule candidates for casual inductions and send induction reminders.
  • Manage ad hoc tasks from the shared inbox.
  • Approve posts on the company Facebook group.
  • Follow up on missing candidate documents and references.
  • Verify and link Working With Children Checks (WWCC), Background Checks (BC), and perform VEVO checks.
  • Manage "Refer a Friend" program inquiries.
  • Follow up on candidate no-shows or rescheduled interviews.
  • Answer phones and provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with social media posting to promote recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Representative Experience or Recruitment Experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
  • Proficiency in using relevant recruitment software and systems.
  • Can Start Immediately.
