JOB SUMMARY:

Quality Management Officer is responsible for ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS) aligns with company objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Leads the Internal Audit Team, identifies risks and opportunities for improvement, and assists the Data Protection Officer in ensuring compliance with Data Privacy Act regulations.

JOB RESPONIBILITIES:

  • Responsible in ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS is established and implemented to align with the company's objectives and requirements of customers and regulatory bodies.
  • Responsible in leading the Internal Audit Team and assists the management in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists the Data Protection Officer to ensure that the company complies with the regulations of Data Privacy Act.
  • Formulate and revise policies and procedures with departments.
  • Document operational activities and create manuals and handbooks.
  • Conduct process reviews and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Support a culture of excellence in all departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant degree or certification in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 6 months experience on accreditation and compliance.
  • Has ISO knowledge and certification
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
