Job Responsibilities:

Document Control & Compliance

  • Serve as custodian for organization's Food Safety Manuals and ensure systematic coding and filing of all documents.
  • Update and route manuals and procedures for approval; monitor document non-conformances and formatting standards.
  • Maintain electronic backups and ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Prepare and file production and QC statistical records, including monthly reports on customer returns and complaints.
  • Recommend improvements in documentation and data collection processes.
  • Assist in GMP audits, inspections, and pest control reporting.

Quality Control Analysis

  • Supervise testing of raw materials, in-process items, and final products (e.g., %FFA, IV, PV, moisture, contaminants).
  • Coordinate with production teams for oil mill and refinery processes.
  • Submit daily process control data and enforce GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards.

Technical Support & Special Assignments

  • Design lab and production templates; ensure software and hardware functionality.
  • Monitor system integrity and report issues promptly.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Tech, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related any field
  • 1–2 years QA or document control experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
  • Skilled in quality testing, documentation, and MS Office
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
