Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts, including invoicing, payment posting and recording bank/credit card entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
  • Assist with month-end, quarterly and year-end closing processes.
  • Aid in the preparation of tax documents.
  • Provide support for any inquiries related to financial data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to improve accounting processes.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Google Docs and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player mentality and resourcefulness.
