About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Development Manager to lead and oversee the full development, operation, and optimization of our Heavy Equipment Rental Site in Naga City and Cebu City. The successful candidate will ensure that all heavy equipment—from dump trucks to backhoes and other horizontal project units—are strategically managed, fully operational, and income-generating.

You will be responsible for strategic site development, operations supervision, and business growth initiatives to make the site the most efficient and profitable hub for heavy equipment rentals in the region.

95% uptime for all operational equipment

Zero major site safety violations or accidents

Achieve monthly income targets based on rental revenue goals

100% compliance with preventive maintenance schedules

On-time completion of site improvement and development milestones

Improved cost-efficiency ratio (reduced idle equipment hours by at least 20%)

SCOPE OF WORK

  1. Strategic Planning & Site Setup

Plan, organize, and supervise the physical development and layout of the site.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and utility providers for infrastructure and utilities setup.

Ensure compliance with LGU and DPWH requirements for site operations.

  1. Heavy Equipment Deployment & Utilization

Oversee the assignment, mobilization, and deployment of heavy equipment.

Monitor equipment performance, fuel consumption, and job order efficiency.

Ensure proper documentation and control of equipment movements.

  1. Operations Management

Implement operational standards, workflow systems, and scheduling of site activities.

Supervise mechanics, operators, and support personnel.

Ensure smooth coordination between site operations, logistics, and accounting teams.

  1. Maintenance & Safety Oversight

Implement preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.

Enforce safety policies and conduct regular toolbox meetings.

Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and maintenance support.

  1. Financial & Revenue Management

Develop and execute strategies to maximize site income and minimize idle time of equipment.

Prepare cost and income reports; analyze ROI per equipment or project.

Recommend pricing strategies and client engagement initiatives.

  1. Business Development & Client Relations

Build partnerships with contractors, developers, and project managers to increase rental demand.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat rentals and satisfaction.

  1. Leadership & Reporting

Lead, coach, and evaluate site personnel performance.

Submit periodic operational, financial, and performance reports to management.

Initiate continuous improvement and efficiency projects for the site.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or any related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, heavy equipment operations, or construction project supervision.

Proven ability to generate income through equipment utilization and business strategy.

Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.

Willing to be assigned in Naga City or Cebu City.
