Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative - Premium Healthcare at our Iloilo location. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks include answering calls, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and delivering a high level of service to all customers.

Qualifications


•College Graduate with or without experience

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
  • Experience with Customer Support and Customer Service Representatives roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
