Promotion of DMS Programs Promote and champion Disaster Management Services products and (10%) programs through the PRC Chapters and Partners.

• Raise awareness of DMS programs within the community
• Generate attendees at beneficial DMS programs.
• Develop and plan resource generating programs & activities with guidance and support from the Chapter Administrator
• Promote and champion resource generation and membership programs and activities within the community.
• Coach & mentor volunteers to support resource generating activities and membership programs.
• Build and maintain effective networks and relationships with business and community leaders to support Philippine Red Cross resource generation activities

Delivery of DMS Programs Assist PRC Chapters with the organization successful delivery of DMS programs.

(30%) Evaluate current DMS programs from a Chapter perspective.

• Identify and recommend enhancements to existing DMS programs to better support Chapters.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of activities and overall strategy.
• Educate the community on Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Preparedness
• (DPMP)
• Coordinate Disaster Management Training and Basic Disaster Management
• Training as required with support from PRC NHQ
• Coordinate Community Disaster Planning Programme with support from PRC

• Manage & coordinate Disaster Relief Activities (DRA)
• Manage & coordinate Disaster Rehabilitation Activities including but not limited to health, sanitation, livelihood programs etc.
• Immediate Relief Operation Response to most vulnerable Community
• Train the community for disaster response

Delivery and Implementation Coordinates with Red Cross services in developing plans and strategies to further

(30%) promote the Philippine Red Cross programs and services and encourage partnership

Corporate Partnership/ Events with corporations, associations, organizations and institutions

• Develops and designs marketing strategies to promote and encourage corporate donors to be involved in Red Cross
• Develops and/or plans promotions and/or line-ups that are vital for donor recruitment or that corporations, associations, organizations and institutions may take advantage of in exchange for their pledges for donations
• Monitors and evaluates devised programs and promotions for further improvements especially in ensuring corporate partners' satisfaction of the services provided
• Establish and maintain partnership agreement among corporate donors
• Devises and/or develops and continuously updates donor retention strategies as well as donation acknowledgement programs and processes
• Ensures that all donors and donations are being recognized or acknowledged promptly
• Ensures that all donations are properly accounted
• Determines corporate social responsibility schemes of the different institutions or organization and develops and proposes tailored-fit programs that these institutions or corporations can take advantage of
• Represents the organization during MOA and/or appointments with partner corporations, institutions and/or organizations.
• Coordinates with agencies, LGU and corporations and/or institutions for project implementation and or possible linkage with their existing or upcoming events
• Participates in the development of the terms and conditions of contract between organizers and PRC and ensures that PRC gains out of the project implemented
• Establish and maintain partnership agreement among corporations and/or agencies
• Ensures that all donors and/or participants are being recognized or acknowledged promptly
• Represents the organization during MOA and/or appointments with partner corporations, institutions and/or organizations

Ensures that all donations are properly accounted and that PRC is able to receive what is due to PRC according to the terms and conditions initially agreed

Service Delivery and Plan annual goals, objectives and activities for the Chapter.

Promotion: Welfare Services Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of activities and overall strategy.

(10%) Raise awareness off and provide access to the following services in- conjunction with NHQ: o Guidance and Counselling, Psychosocial Support Program

(PSP)/Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), tracing Service, Emergency Leave Assistance, Welfare Services for Vulnerable Groups

- Program for Women in Difficult Situation, Welfare Services for Vulnerable Groups - Assistance for Overseas Filipino Workers, Welfare Services for Vulnerable Groups - Assistance to Person with Disabilities, Welfare Services for Vulnerable Groups - Assistance for Disaster Victims, Military Welfare Service Cross Youth programs, Family Visit Program for the detainees, Inter-country casework, Referral Service, Early Livelihood Recovery Program, Hot Meals, Training Programs

• Psychosocial Support Program (PSP)
• Welfare Aide
• Technical Support to PRC chapters on case management.

Service Delivery and -Make plan of action to be submitted to immediate supervisor

Promotion: Volunteer Services Implement approved programs in Volunteer Service;

(5%) Organized, prepare, conduct training and dissemination information on Red

Cross services;

• Monitor and evaluate program implemented within the chapter to ensure successful delivery of the services in target communities;
• Consult with the Chapter Management and coordinate with the Chapter staff and volunteers to ensure an organized and collaborated delivery programs along with the other services;
• Consult with the offices at Chapter to keep abreast of developments and to keep chapter service activities in line with their plans and activities with prior approval of Chapter Manager
• Communicate with Barangays and private associations in the area of jurisdiction for the formation of 143.
• Ensure the service trainings for the formed 143.
• Coordinate with services for the training of the Volunteers.

Financial Management and Prepare annual budget for the Chapter with approval from the Board of

Accounting (10%) Directors (BOD) and NHQ

• Manage Chapter finances and spend within annual budget.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Document all financial transactions.
• Manage day to day financial transactions on behalf of the Chapter.
• Proposes and maintains the annual budget of the unit
• Prepare and maintain inventory of Chapter assets

Administration and Support Prepare monthly and annual comprehensive accomplishment report for (5%) submission to the Chapter

• Seeks for the improvements of services deliveries through sound recommendations, suggestions, proposals and innovations.
• Assist in fostering healthy relationships with the Chapter and other organizations.
• Coordinate activities and programs with PRC NHQ, ICRC, IFRC and various
• National Societies.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to Chapter Administrators and NHQ.
• Assist the Chapter and team as required. Performs other task/ assignment by the Chapter Administrator supporting the NHQ.
• Attend meetings as required by the CA, Services and NHQ
• Participate in the development of the organization's strategic direction.
• Comply with PRC's policies and practice with respect to the code of conduct, safety and security, thematic issues, and other relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's Degree – Graduate of a 4-year course preferably a degree in Social Science, Disaster Management,
• Community Development, and other field relative in the position. Preferred with 3-5 years volunteer experience within the PRC.
