BigFuture is a U.S.-based recruiting and consulting company helping business owners build strong teams. We're growing and looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Lead Gen Specialist who knows how to find decision-makers and book qualified sales calls.

This role is for someone who understands B2B outreach—not data entry, not copy-paste messaging.

What You'll Do:

Build targeted lead lists (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase).

Find and engage business owners, CEOs, and HR leaders.

Send 60–100 personalized outreach messages per day (LinkedIn + email).

Book qualified appointments directly to the executive calendar.

Follow up with all leads (minimum 3 follow-ups).

Track KPIs and update CRM daily (HubSpot / Monday).

Suggest improvements to messaging and targeting.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of B2B appointment setting or lead gen experience (U.S. or UK market).

Proven success booking 15+ qualified calls per month on your own.

Strong written English skills (native-level tone).

Experience with cold email tools, lead research, and A/B messaging.

Tech-savvy with tools like Calendly, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Loom, Slack.

Able to work at least 4 hours during U.S. EST time.
