Part-Time Appointment Setter / Recruitment Caller

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to support our recruiting and staffing efforts. You'll connect with warm and cold leads, manage contact records in our CRM (Bullhorn), and follow up via email to help drive our recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 20–30 calls per day (10 warm, 20 cold; inbound and outbound)
  • Update contact records and detailed notes in Bullhorn CRM
  • Follow provided call scripts and email templates
  • Research contacts before calls for a personalized approach
  • Send and respond to approximately 25 emails per day
  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients or candidates

Requirements & Skills

  • Non-negotiable: Neutral or American accent (applicants outside the U.S. welcome, but clear U.S.-style communication required)
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or appointment setting
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and CRM proficient (Bullhorn experience a plus)

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $15–$19 (based on experience)
  • Commission opportunities available

Schedule

  • 10–20 hours per week (flexible within business hours)
